The purpose of the Family Law Practitioner qualification is to prepare learners to apply foundational legal principles and practical skills within the field of family law. This qualification equips learners with the knowledge and competencies required to support legal processes related to family matters, including marriage, divorce, child custody, maintenance, and domestic relations, within a professional legal or organizational context.

Learners who complete this programme will gain an understanding of family law legislation, legal procedures, and ethical considerations, enabling them to assist clients, legal professionals, and organizations in managing family law matters effectively and sensitively. The qualification emphasizes legal compliance, client communication, documentation, and the application of relevant laws in real-world scenarios.
