The purpose of the NQF Level 6 Robotic Process Automation qualification is to prepare learners to design, develop, implement, and maintain software robots that automate repetitive, rule-based business processes within an organisation. Learners who complete this programme will gain the skills and knowledge required to analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, and use RPA tools and platforms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
The qualification develops competencies in process analysis, workflow design, bot development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Learners will also build capabilities in applying governance, security, and compliance principles, working with structured data and systems, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
