NQF Level 6 | 150 Credits | Occupational Certificate – Design Thinking Innovation Lead
The purpose of the NQF Level 6 Design Thinking Innovation Lead qualification is to prepare learners to lead and facilitate innovation initiatives using human-centred design thinking principles within an organisation. Learners who complete this programme will gain the skills and knowledge required to identify complex problems, understand user needs, generate creative solutions, and drive innovation from concept to implementation.
The qualification develops competencies in empathy-driven research, ideation techniques, prototyping, testing, and innovation leadership. Learners will also build capabilities in facilitating multidisciplinary teams, managing innovation processes, applying creative problem-solving tools, and aligning innovative solutions with organisational strategy.
