The purpose of the Cloud Administrator qualification is to prepare learners to support and maintain cloud-based environments, ensuring efficient operation, security, and performance of cloud systems and services. Learners who complete this qualification will gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to manage cloud resources, support user access, monitor cloud infrastructure, and troubleshoot common operational issues within cloud platforms. They will also develop competencies in virtualization, networking fundamentals, cloud security, system administration, and service management. By acquiring these capabilities, learners will be able to support organisations in transitioning to and maintaining reliable cloud solutions. They will be equipped to:
